2.1) Public Hearing and Adoption of an Ordinance Designating Fire Hazard Severity Zones in Local Responsibility Area. Adoption of the proposed ordinance is not subject to California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to following sections of the CEQA Guidelines, California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Chapter 3: (1) Section 15060(c)(2) (the activity will not result in a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment); and (2) Section 15060(c)(3) (the activity is not a project as defined in Section 15378) because the ordinance has no potential for resulting in any significant physical change to the environment, either directly or indirectly.
