2.2) Public Hearing and Adoption of a Resolution Vacating a Portion of the Public Right-of-Way Adjacent to 11 Sunnyside Drive in San Anselmo. The proposed Resolution is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines section 15305, as the proposed right-of-way abandonment consists of a minor alteration in land use limitations, which does not result in any changes in land use or density.

3.1) Adopt a Resolution approving the 2025-2026 Senate Bill 1 (SB1) Gas Tax Funding Project List. Adoption of the proposed resolution is categorically exempt from the requirement for the preparation of environmental documents under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 because the resolution allocates a portion of the funds for a paving project that will not create additional automobile lanes nor result in an expansion of use. (14 Cal. Code Regs. § 15301(c)).

3.2) Approve the 2025 Street Resurfacing Project and Authorize Staff to Advertise for Construction Bids.
