2) Council Business Items:

2.1) Appointment to Ross Valley Fire Department Board of Directors. This determination does not constitute a “project” within the meaning of Public Re-sources Code section 21065, because there is no potential that it will cause a reasonably foreseeable direct or indirect physical change in the environment.
