The crossing guard in front of Wade Thomas is integral to our students safe day. Parents feel comfortable walking to school or sending their child to school knowing they will be helped crossing the road during a very busy traffic time. This role is an important part of our community

Thank you for your continued service to the community and support of RVSD schools. Tonight you heard of four crossing guard positions being cut from our boundaries here in San Anselmo. If you all are considering paying for additional guards in town, I would ask that you consider site 066 in front of Wade Thomas and 067 at the intersection of Sir Francis Drake and Butterfield that both have quite a few of our students crossing the street.
