Matthew Rasmussen & Katie Duffy - residents / owners at 65 San Rafael Ave. We would like to put forth the idea of more speed bumps in the downtown area, especially on San Rafael Ave where we see younger drivers, construction trucks, Uber / DoorDash drivers, parents on their way to the elementary schools, and Amazon delivery drivers consistently driving way over 25 miles per hour.
