2.1) Discuss New Potential Downtown Resident Parking Program. The Town finds the discussion of potential modifications to parking restrictions, is not a project under the California Environmental Quality Act because it does not involve an activity which has the potential to cause a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. (Cal. Pub. Res. Code § 21065)
Thank you so much for this discussion. I just received another $47 ticket right in front of my house. This resident permit for those who have qualified for hardship overnight permits would be very helpful. It's very annoying to always have to keep track of the time to move my car a few spots away. I'm home. I'm not going to open up a parking space, I'm just going to move to another one, so it doesn't actually free up any spaces. Please support this new permit. Rebecca Nissen 27 San Rafael Ave
Agreed with Rebecca. As a downtown resident and overnight permit holder this proposal makes perfect sense to me.
