The proposed adoption of the resolution is exempt from the California Environmental QualityAct (“CEQA”), pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 “Existing Facilities” because the project consists of alterations to an existing Town-owned facility; CEQA Guidelines section 15061(b)(3) “Common Sense” exemption, because it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the activity in question may have a significant negative effect on the environment.
