5.A) Sign Permit and Review at 805 Sir Francis Drake Blvd, APN 006-082-40, Project No. PRO2024-0047. Sign Permit to allow for an internally illuminated sign and Sign Review for conformity with the existing Sign Program at La Mancha Plaza in the C-L  Zoning District at 805 Sir Francis Drake Blvd. The project is categorically exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act under a Class 3 categorical exemption for “Existing Facilities” and a Class 11 categorical exemption for “Accessory Structures” pursuant to 14 CCR Sections 15301 and 15311(a).

5.B) Grading Permit and Variances at 825 San Anselmo Avenue, APN 007-162-12, Project No. PRO2025-0002: Retroactive Grading Permit for the movement of more than 100 cubic yards of material, a Variance to allow for a third story where a maximum of two are permitted, and a Variance to allow for a front porch and stairs located 15 feet 3 inches into the front setback in the R-3 Zoning District at 825 San Anselmo Ave. The Project is categorically exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act under Class 1 and Class 32 categorical exemption for “Existing Facilities” and “Infill Development,” pursuant to 14 CCR Sections 15301(e)(1) and 15332.
