2.1) Consider to Approve a Special Event Application- Live on The Avenue 2025. Approving the ‘Live on the Avenue’ event series is not considered a “project” under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), because it does not involve an activity which has the potential to cause a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. (Cal. Pub. Res. Code § 21065).

2.2) Receive and File the Public Works Department Update. This report is not a project and is only an update, so CEQA does not apply, and the various projects and programs are checked for Climate Action consistency on an individual basis.
