2.1) Receive and File Presentation from the Mosquito Vector Control. Receiving a Presentation is not a “project” under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) because it does not involve an activity that has the potential to cause a direct or reasonably foreseeable physical change in the environment. (Cal. Pub. Res. Code Section 21065).

2.2) Adopt a Resolution Accepting the Marin Electrification Roadmap. The California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) does not apply to the adoption of the Roadmap. CEQA applies only to projects that have the potential for having a significant effect on the environment. Where it can be seen with certainty that there is no possibility that the project may have a significant effect on the environment, the activity is not subject to CEQA.
