2.7) Second Reading and Adoption of an Ordinance Amending San Anselmo Municipal Code Section 2-1.02 to Increase Town Council Compensation. Adopting an ordinance to increase Town Council member compensation is not subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) because it does not constitute a “project” within the meaning of Public Resources Code section 21065, as it can be seen with certainty that the action will not have in effect on the environment.
