2.1) Receive and File Report on the Town's Cybersecurity and IT Resilience: Overview of Town Systems, Incident Response, and Cyber Insurance Coverage. Receipt of an informational report is not a “project” under the California Environmental Quality Act, because it does not involve an activity which has the potential to cause a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. (Cal. Pub. Res. Code § 21065).

2.2) Receive and File Presentation by the Bay Cities Joint Powers Insurance Authority. Receipt of a presentation by Bay Cities Joint Powers Insurance is not a “project” under the California Environmental Quality Act, because it does not involve an activity which has the potential to cause a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. (Cal. Pub. Res. Code § 21065).

2.3) Authorize the Mayor to Sign the Attached Letter Responding to Marin County Civil Grand Jury Report: MCE, Marin Clean Energy:  A Series of Missteps Highlight Need for Governance Changes. Receiving this report is not a “project” under the California Environmental Quality Act, because it does not involve an activity which has the potential to cause a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment. 2.4) Receive Presentation of Memorial Park Athletic Courts Improvement Project & 60% Design Review and Provide Direction to Staff. The Town finds this Project to be categorically exempt from the requirement to prepare environmental documents under the CEQA pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301, Class 1, as it involves the maintenance and minor alteration of an existing facility with negligible or no expansion of use.
