2.1) Receive and File a Presentation Regarding the Wildfire Preparedness Coordinator Role. Receiving a presentation about the Wildfire Preparedness Coordinator position does not constitute a “project” under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), as it does not involve an activity that could cause a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change to the environment (Cal. Pub. Res. Code § 21065).
